All sales are final. Please double-check your order before submission as items purchased at shop.DrawOrDie.com are non-refundable.
Once a package ships, errors in delivery address, undeliverables, and packages that have been stolen or missing are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to and from shop.DrawOrDie.com.
Packages are shipped USPS domestically and internationally. International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties due by your country upon delivery.
Items are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. International orders may take up to several weeks, please be patient and contact Draw Or Die with any questions.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
Care is taken to prepare and protect orders to ship. All items are inspected prior to packing to ensure saleable condition. Please note that prints may be wrapped in kraft paper rolls whose ends may crinkle—this does not mean the print inside is damaged. Please take care when opening your package; Draw Or Die is not responsible for prints damaged when unwrapping. If the package your item was shipped in is noticeably damaged please contact USPS and file a claim immediately. If you believe the damage to your item was caused by Draw Or Die, contact us within 3 days from the date you received the item.

Please note: Some color fading in artwork is normal over a period of time, especially if exposed routinely to direct sunlight.
